What We Offer

``On the Day`` Coordinator

We provide an “on the day” coordinator who will assist you with every aspect of the venue related planning. Her role is to compile a comprehensive order of events, and facilitate the roll-out thereof, as well as assisting with all the finer details of the day. She will coordinate the roles of your various service providers. She will be available for the entire day, until the end of formalities to ensure that everything runs smoothly so that you can sit back, relax and get married!

Wedding Packages

The facilities easily accommodate a wedding of 80 guests and we quote accordingly, but arrangements can be made for larger or smaller numbers.

    • – Honeymoon Suite for the wedding night.

  • Includes everything from the Saphire Package.

    • – Easel for seating plan.
    • – Tables with white table cloths and cross back chairs.

    • – Honeymoon Suite for the wedding night and the following night.
    • – Morning breakfast basket for the newly-weds at the cottage or picnic spot of their choice.
Please Note - In order to keep the farm exclusive for your wedding, with either of these packages you would be required to book out all our country cottages accommodation for the wedding party or guests for 2 nights. We can accommodate 36 people on the farm. We are happy to invoice the accommodation individually to guests, where appropriate.

Optional Additional Services

Wedding Planner

We have local knowledge and can negotiate the best prices from our local suppliers. We can help with sourcing decor, organise flowers, wedding cake and liaise with hair and makeup artists. We can inspire table decor ideas as well as ceremony and reception dressing. We will take the lead in setting up the venue to your specific style. We have a selection of handcrafted gifts for your guests. Cost to be determined by the extent of involvement required.

Friday Evening Gathering

We can arrange a Friday night gathering for the bridal party and guests. We have a few stunning settings on the farm to host a pre-Big Day gathering with your nearest and dearest. Whether sundowner and snacks or a big braai tickle your fancy, we can arrange it all. It will be priced per head. We can supply a cash bar service and bartender.


We offer a variety of canapes which can be as fancy or homely as suits you. All of our ceremony settings have a designated area for your guests to enjoy the view, a glass of wine and some delicious canapes. An alternative location for canapes can be organised at an additional cost.

Flowers Arrangement

We can arrange a wide variety of flowers, for your bouquets, buttonholes, your ceremony aisle, table decoration, and any other flower requirements.


We have a selection of 3 menus to choose from. Costing will be done on a price per guest basis.
